A Laird Associate, is well versed in all aspects of aviation security. As the former Director of Safety and Security for Arrow Air, Inc., he planned, implemented and directed a corporate, worldwide security operation designed to protect the assets of the company.

 Prior to joining Arrow Air, Inc., Mr. Bryant served as a Security Consultant to Pan American World Airways, Inc. While the Regional Manager of Investigations and Training for Alert Management Systems, Inc. (the security subsidiary of Pan Am), Mr. Bryant was responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR). Mr. Bryant has held several Corporate Compliance Officer (CCO) positions and specializes in aviation related regulatory compliance. Mr. Bryant has designed, implemented and administered effective Corporate Compliance Programs.

Mr. Bryant has extensive private sector investigation and investigative management experience, with an emphasis in white-collar crime and fraud detection. Mr. Bryant held a Director level position with the largest private investigative agency in the U.S. In addition, he successfully managed the Special Investigations Department for Borg Warner (the holding company for Wells Fargo and Burns International), the largest security services firm in the world. Under Mr. Bryant's leadership, the forty-person department conducted complex investigations, intelligence research, and executive protection details worldwide. Mr. Bryant has consulted with law firms, insurance concerns, Fortune 500 companies and government entities concerning the investigation and research of complex legal, accounting, insurance, banking, tax and general commercial matters. His work has involved nationally and internationally prominent criminal and civil cases.

Mr. Bryant possesses an impressive training background having served as the Assistant Director of Education for a Post Secondary Educational institution specializing in security, investigation, and law enforcement training. In addition to full-time platform teaching experience in over forty security-related subjects, Mr. Bryant was also responsible for curriculum and lesson plan development for this nationally accredited (NATTS) institution. 

The U.S. Department of Labor, OHSA Training Institute, has approved Mr. Bryant as an Outreach Trainer. Mr. Bryant has earned the international designations of Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from the American
Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). 

Mr. Bryant graduated Summa cum Laude from Florida International University, Miami, Florida, with both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. His distinguished academic career led to his appointment as a Department of Criminal Justice Research Assistant and Institute of Government Seminar Sponsor Assistant. Mr. Bryant was also designated as a Graduate Scholar by Florida International University's School of Public Affairs and Services for superior academic achievement.
